Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Miss One, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor. If you change your mind, we gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase.
1. Return Eligibility To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and carefully repacked in its original packaging. Note: All SALE or clearance items are not eligible for a refund, but can be exchanged or returned for store credit.
2. Return Shipping Costs All return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is faulty, damaged in transit, or strictly not as described. For change-of-mind returns, original shipping fees are non-refundable.
3. Returning Fragile Items As we specialise in fragile pieces like ceramic vases and table lamps, returned items must be securely protected using the original packing materials. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. Miss One cannot be held responsible for, nor approve refunds for, return items that are lost or broken in transit due to poor repacking.
4. Damages in Transit (48-Hour Rule) Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive an item that is defective or damaged in transit, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. Please email us at hello@missone.com.au with your order number and clear photos of both the damaged item and the external shipping box.
5. Processing Your Refund Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method. Please note it may take additional time for your financial institution to reflect the funds in your account.
